Terms of Service

Tectivra is operated by Renewable Energy and Construction Corporation Pty Ltd(ABN 97 683 302 810), an Australian company (“we”, “us”). These terms govern your use of tectivra.vercel.app and any services we provide through it (the “Service”).

The Service produces draft estimates, takeoffs, models and documents for review by a qualified person. It does not certify building-code compliance, produce final quantities, or replace an estimator, engineer, architect, building surveyor, lawyer or accountant. Figures the Service generates carry evidence labels (measured, assumed, needs review) and you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them.

You must not rely on the Service as the sole basis for a tender, contract price, purchase order or structural decision.

The Service is in early access: features may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn, and data formats may evolve. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to paid features. Founding-member pricing, where offered, is honoured from your first paid invoice for as long as your subscription remains active.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the acts of people you invite into your organisation. You must not: misuse or attempt to break the Service’s security; upload content you have no right to upload (including copyrighted plan sets without permission); use the Service to send spam; or resell or white-label the Service without a written agreement with us.

Plans, estimates, rates and other content you upload remain yours. You grant us the licence needed to store and process them solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell your content or use your private rate data to advise other customers.

Paid plans are billed in Australian dollars, exclusive of GST, at the prices shown at the time of purchase. Deposits described as refundable are refundable in full on request before your subscription starts. We may change prices for new billing periods with at least 30 days’ notice; existing founding-member rates are not increased while your subscription remains active.

To the extent permitted by law — including the Australian Consumer Law, which may give you rights we cannot exclude — the Service is provided as-is during early access, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time; contact us for data export first if you need it. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable.
